The blogspot site was a bit mental last night so I didn't complete the day's activities.

 After the DMZ it was back to Kaesong - and another Kim Il Song statue. We had been told, at the pre-tour briefing, that it was not good to ever take a photo of any of the great, dear and supreme leaders that only showed a portion of the body - it had to be a full body shot.

Kaesong had an old quarter - which was a nice change from all the dreary Soviet-style architecture of the apartment blocks.

 These are the 14th century tombs of the King and Queen of Kongmin...

 you can't actually go inside the tomb.

 Then it was back to Pyongyang and after dinner we visited a funfair.
