Whenever I go away from NZ I always get a hankering for marmalade on toast. I don't have it regularly in NZ but I always know it's there.
Well in Korea I've been able to satisfy that desire - using a product they make for a tea/drink out of lemon and homey. It basically tastes the same and comes in big jars complete with chunky bits - heaven!
