Now that I think about it I'm not surprised I am knackered as days like this I must have walked for miles...
It started at 5am with another earthquake...then it seemed easier to walk south through parks than try to take the subway which primarily went east-west.

This was the Harajuku Church - it was gorgeous - and closed.

After visiting another contemporary museum (this one quite small - show by an outsider artist Aloise Corbaz - now dead) I wandered into the heart of expensive fashion shopping.
Passing this tofu seller en route

Here - the Prada shop

I did visit the Commes des Garcons and Yohji Yamamoto stores - and even tried stuff on. I had thought if I found anything totally stunning I would allow myself one luxury item - but nothing was too appealing or useful - though especially Commes des Garcons was way cool...and I felt rather fortunate to head off to Harajuku with my credit card unblemished.
