so what do ya do on a sunny Saturday as the temp climbs to its daily high of 29C ?
Turns out the helmets and gloves were compulsory - good 'health and safety'
and so then we skated around and around
hoping to avoid other capsizing skaters
I discovered the rink is only about a 5 minute walk from my shoebox - so anytime I want to cool off I can head there. It is some new sports complex - they even have a pool there somewhere
